General Information

Food and Beverage:
The Hilton Columbus at Easton is the sole provider of all food and beverages served in the banquet facilities at our Columbus hotel. Currently, a 22% service charge plus applicable sales tax is required for all food and beverage functions. The State of Ohio regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. The Hilton Columbus at Easton is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our policy to serve only those patrons 21 years of age and older, and we may refuse service to any guest without proper identification.

Food and Beverage Minimums:
A food and beverage minimum at The Hilton Columbus at Easton is required and varies due ballroom your wedding reception is in. The minimum can consist of a combination of hors d’ oeuvres, dinner (plated or buffet) hors d’ oeuvres only, stations, cocktails, wine with dinner, champagne toast, specialty drinks, dessert bar, candy bars. The minimum requirements are exclusive of a 22% taxable service fee and applicable tax.

Guarantee:
Please inform your Catering Manager of the number of guests attending your event 3 business days prior to the event. If the guaranteed number is not provided, the estimated attendance on the contract will become the guarantee.

Payment Terms:
The Hilton Columbus at Easton will hold space for up to 7 days without a deposit; however, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract. The full payment is due no less than 3 business days prior to the event.  If paying by check, money order or cashier’s check, we do ask for a credit card to be on file for any remaining balance over the estimated payment. If you would like to make payments, a payment schedule can be arranged.

Guest Rooms:
A block of rooms may be reserved for your group at a special group rate. Please be aware that reservations must be made 14 days prior to the arrival date, after which any remaining rooms not reserved will be released for general sale. We will continue to accept reservations after the agreed-upon cut-off date on a space-available basis.

Miscellaneous Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $14.00 per car for wedding guests
  • Complimentary self-parking
  • Rental items (specialty linens, chair covers, chairs, etc for the ceremony and reception are available. Please ask your wedding specialist for a list of vendors.
  • A full range of state-of-the-art audiovisual services and equipment is available through our in-house staff.
